Retail Sales Bonus
Purchase at wholesale and sell at retail on your own purchases, PLUS... earn the difference between retail and wholesale on your retail customer orders when they order online from your web site and watch the money in your eWallet grow!
First Order Bonus
The goal of any compensation plan is for the person who does the work to get paid for their activities. This bonus incentivizes you and the associates in your business to personally enroll new customers and associates.
- You earn 35% of your personally enrolled new customer's and new associate's first purchase. So, if you enroll 3 preferred customers in any given month, and are making 35% on each of their first orders, depending on your auto ship, you should be very close to break even on that month's purchase.
- You earn 10% on each first purchase for all newly enrolled Generation II customers and associates. Gen II (your personals, personals) is comprised of all customers and associates enrolled by your (Gen I) personally enrolled customers and associates.
As you grow your business, each of your personally enrolled customers and associates will be placed on your first generation. Therefore, your organization will be as wide as you have personals. Your organization will start to grow to other generations as your activities are replicated in your business.
To motivate our associates to grow as leaders and develop additional leaders, the Team Overrides Bonus pays up to 5 generations of progressing commissions. For example, you earn 25% commission on all those customers and associates' purchases whom you have personally enrolled after the first purchase (You get 35% on first purchase). Once you enroll 4 preferred customers, and are making 25% on each of their orders, depending on your auto ship, you should be very close to break even on your purchases.
The single most important thing for your success is consistent production over time, NOT huge sales in a short period of time. This bonus is to motivate you and your organization to work towards consistent growth.
1% of the company's monthly Commissionable Volume will go into a pool. You earn shares in the Loyalty Bonus pool by staying actively engaged each month. In the 3rd month of active involvement (generating 120 NCV, new commissionable volume, each month from NEW sales to customers or associates), you will earn 1 share.
Each subsequent month, you will earn an additional 1 share as long as you continue to qualify. Every 6 months, you get 1 free month you can use at any time. When you use that free month, you don't earn an additional share, but you also don't start over. If you miss qualifying one month and you haven't earned a free month, all of your shares drop off and you start over in earning Loyalty Bonus shares.
Team Development Bonus
Earn up to four 1% commissions on your entire team from level one down to the bottom of your qualified group. The Team Development Bonus allows you to be paid for customers and associates below your 5th generation in the qualified group.
New Growth Bonus (NGB I / NGB II)
New growth is critical. As you qualify for either of the two New Growth Bonuses, each new customer or associate added to your team anywhere in your entire qualified group will be "linked" to you for life! This allows you to work with anyone anywhere in your entire qualified group. You get "linked" to all NEW customers and associates within your entire qualified group when they make their first purchase.
Based on your rank, you'll earn 1%-2% on the commissionable volume of purchases or new growth volume (NGV) of everyone "linked" to you for life!
New Growth MATCHING Bonus (NG Match I / NG Match II)
Earn a 100% match on any New Growth Bonus earned by your personally enrolled associates. This bonus is compressed and will always be paid out! Since there are 2 New Growth Bonuses, there are also two New Growth MATCHING Bonuses.
